Hello is there any chance all the results for minor division 2 football could be put on the website so teams can know what shape the league is in. Thanks

Is division one hurling 1 up 1 down? Nobody I speak to seems to know for sure. If you could clear this up that would be great.

2 up 2 down

Well done PRO

Yes great buy in by loads of clubs on the social media front. Really impressed by the volume of good work being done across the County so many clubs. I feel no one in the County ever in the history of GAA in Antrim would ever have been aware of what was going on- or where it was going on? This is real evidence that our Gaelic games are on a shared upward curve. Great to see the County through the PRO doing such a brilliant job. This is helping promote our games and gets great buy in by children and parents.

The clubs have been amazing!

If any club wants any promotion email me at pro@antrim.gaa.ie

Watch this space! More to follow, #GreatIdeas

On a brighter note. ... Fair play to our new PRO on the excellent work he does keeping us up to date on social media on all the positive stories going on in Antrim, it was great to log on today and see so much coverage of the Belfast Schools teams visit to Dublin - the kids and parents never forget the excitement of experiencea like these and to have so many pictures and positive comments right there to see helps enthuse our future generations of Saffrons. Keep up the great work Sean - its great to log on to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and see all the good news stories we all need to give us a boost! GRMA

Thank you Linda! Onwards and upwards!

Today we are all experts on what is wrong with Antrim hurling. We all know how things should and could be better. But building competence and confidence is a big challenge. Results are indicators of where we are and then some analysis is required. I feel we are sowing the seeds of limiting our success in how young players acquire an attitude of superiority once they become part of development squads. At a certain age they are too good to be team players within their clubs. They are self centred and they are not prepared to grin out results . They have already made it? This system is now developing for primary school kids- schools of excellence, academies, elite are labels that have little place where we should value each child. Our focus is on the best and it doesn't work. We as adults are complicit in supporting a selective preferential system that will not give us success. Treat and coach more children better - widen the pool through better coaching.

'If it is important to you..you will find a way....if not then you'll find an excuse as excuses lead to failure. Let there be no excuses tomorrow. May I sincerely wish the Antrim Senior Hurling Team, the Squad, Terence, Dominic, Neal and Gary continued success in tomorrows Chriostóir Uí Rínn Final. Its about the performance.... the result will take care of itself. Best wishes to all.... Bobby T

Im sure we will have no excuses Bobby T. Thank you for the well wishes #ChristyRingFinal

Hoping to organise some possible hurling games for our P6/7 hurling team. We have been coaching/training since September this year and are pretty competent if kept to ground hurling. I'd be interested in hearing from any other teachers in Belfast area who may have a similar ability. We have our own pitch so booking facilities wouldn't be a problem. If we're lucky enough to hear back from more than one school I'd love to organise a blitz kind of day. Please feel free to get in touch by email, or if you know a teacher that might take up the offer, feel free to pass it on! GRMA M Donaghy
