in reply to moderator re: sarsfields v st endas league positions they are on the same points !!!!

Randalstown, Rasharkin, St Endas and Sarsfields are currently all on 13 points. In this case score difference is used. Head to head is used when there is only two teams on the same points.

Can someone please shine a light on Div 3B , as after the split are the points from the first 9 games played added to that total ? This doesnt seem fair as some teams had harder away games prior to the split than others with teams who ultimately qualified for the top group . Surely points accumalated after the split should determine who tops the group.

Points achieved during the Grading League will be added onto those points achieved while playing in 3B

Should sarsfields not be ahead of st endas on the table as they have a better head to head record ?? or is this totally wrong ?

Head to head come into play if only two teams are on equal points.

Poor coach

7th October 2015

Could you pass this on to new Antrim hurling manager when he or she is appointed? They will have a plan and a vision and they will probably want to have a 3 year period to work to achieve their goal. They will work with what players are currently available and have the skills, commitment and whatever. And there will be other players who will come on stream during the course of say that 3 year period. Whoever comes on board in whatever numbers with the necessary skill set will probably determine whether we stay at the same level, make progress or slip further down. Would the manager designate see merit in straight away getting a group of coaches to assist within clubs at senior level team - to set out template of what we should be incorporating into our club training? The same could be linked into minor? The players are coming from clubs and the better equipped and the bigger the pool of players to pick from surely makes sense? We have in some cases lot of time committed to poor coaching.
