In the event of two teams being tied on points in the football leagues, do places get determined by points difference or the head to head matches between those two teams.

1. Head to head 2. Points differe

Going to criticise refeeres simply because they tolerate too much abuse from team mentors - those along the line. Often this abuse is directed at the ref. If this was clamped down on the standard and respect would improve. The job of a ref is difficult enough without abuse being hurled - is hypocritical of mentors to seek discipline from players and then they act as they do. And not all mentors are guilty but still too many.

Really looking forward to the football semi final on Saturday. We have played excellent all year and credit to Dominic Dillon and the team for promotion and getting to the final would be a fantastic way to end the season. Paddy Bradley has made some impact so fair play to the club for bringing him in. Chances of a Dunloy Rasharkin final? ;-)

It is already a small percentage of GAA games that the tricolor is flown and the National Anthem played. It is probably the only time of the year when the msjority of ordinary GAA supporters stand for eithet? Maybe it is or maybe it isn't a big deal. Feel belonging and promoting our culture and heritage is something far more than standing for the anthem and the hoisting of the flag.

Any word of or when ; or informed leaks about appointment of County hurling manager. Interest in hurling is good , maybe feel good factor spreading re Antrim GAA. Need to keep news and profile up - other Counties do.

There has been no interview yet for the position. The process will begin very soon.

Love the reference to 'enjoy the game' by the young girl Time to have women on the gate - thanking people, welcome smile! Means a lot and costs nothing? Gate men loosen up - some of you do smile ; others not so sure? Well said Jim

what happens when both teams finish on the same points in the table does it go down to point difference?

The first to be used is the results of the games between both teams.

Congratulations to Ruari Og on today's win. Ballycastle played well. If we could get these guys playing together Antrim would be in great shape. I also would like to congratulate the organisation of county programmes for the final. Well done to the young girl who sold me the programme and told me to "enjoy the game" a great advertisement for Antrim GAA.

Well done to the Ruairi oG club for the promotion and organisation of the minor finals yesterday. There was a real sense of occasion afforded to the teams in front of a super crowd. Unfortunately it wasn't to be our day with Dunloy coming out on top after what turned out to be a thrilling encounter. Congratulations go to Dunloy on this occasion.
