Founded by Donall McCann in early 2020, Duneane AM is a fully integrated real estate platform specialising in Principle Investment and Asset Management, combining experienced and entrepreneurial real estate professionals with a proven track record of above market performance.
Alongside family office investors and institutional lending partners, Duneane AM has acquired c.1.5m sq ft of commercial property assets since its inception, including Rushmere, Foyleside and Erneside Shopping Centres.
Duneane AM has a special interest in providing seed and early round funding to positive disruptive start-ups and early stage businesses across a number of sectors.
