As principle investors, Duneane AM have acquired c.500,000 sq ft of commercial property assets since its inception in early 2020 working alongside family office investors and institutional lending partners. Through the period of Covid 19 Duneane AM has also assisted a number of high profile retail and leisure businesses to restructure c.850 occupier agreements.
Duneane AM has a special interest in providing seed and early round funding to positive disruptive start ups and early stage businesses across a number of sectors.
