Whiterock Finance
Whiterock Finance is a locally owned fund manager which has been operating in Northern Ireland since 2012. Having successfully deployed the £55m Growth Loan Fund, Whiterock Finance now has £115m of funds under management through three funds; Growth Loan Fund, Growth Loan Fund II and Growth Finance Fund.
Identifying the difficulties in accessing suitable finance, we set up our Property and Commercial Finance Division to act as a relationship broker and help identify funding opportunities if ineligible for either of our Funds.
