From Aghagallon to Ahoghill, and Whitehead to Whiterock, we're on the search for the young lady who will represent our green glens this August in the Rose of Tralee International Festival.

With only a few weeks before our Selection Night on May 29th, we are looking for the help of the people of County Antrim to help us find our Antrim Rose.

It could be yourself, or daughters, sisters, cousins, friends, team-mates or even colleagues.

A little support, words of encouragement or a gentle nudge, is sometimes all it takes to enter this once in a lifetime experience.

This year, the Antrim Rose will automatically go directly to Tralee and grace the stage in The Dome with Daithi!
All the Roses from all the Rose Centre across the world who travel to Tralee, will take part in all the parades, the Rose Ball, public engagements and a qualifying event over two nights in the Dome, from which 32 Roses will be chosen to appear in the live selection broadcasts.

All interested ladies willing to enter can find more info at www.roseoftralee.ie/roses or by emailing antrimrose@hotmail.co.uk

We're also on Twitter and Facebook. Search for 'Antrim Rose Centre' or follow us @Antrim_Rose

For a little flavour of what a Selection Night is like, check out our recent Antrim Heat that took place in Dunloy, thanks to our friends in Dunloy Chuchullians:

The Antrim Rose Selection Night will take place on Sunday 29th May at 7.30pm in the Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick. Tickets are priced at £10 and are available on the night, or can be pre-ordered by emailing antrimrose@hotmail.co.uk

The closing date for entries has been extended to Friday 20th May, so you still have a little time to apply
