What a day we had at the Official Antrim GAA Scór Sinsir Final today.

Míle buíochas to all of the clubs who took part today . We are delighted to see new clubs competing and some old faithfuls back to compete again after a break from Scór . Today was a fantastic cultural showcase. Scór is such an important part of the GAA life in Antrim and today proved that. We saw one of the strongest County Scór Sinsir Finals that we have seen in many years .

A huge thank you to our Bean an Tí Caitriona McAtarsney from St Mary’s Aghagallon, to our quiz master Johnny Sayers from All Saints Ballymena and to Bert fromSaffron Gael.

Thanks to Con Magees GAC Glenravel for hosting Scór Sinsir today. Thank you to Paula Fyfe, club cultural officer for her help with hosting the event and to the club committee for their supporting Scór in Antrim. Nothing was too much trouble. Your support is so very much appreciated. Well down to your club!

Thanks to County Cultural Officer Orla Fitzsimons for her support and to County Chairman Ciaran McCavana for his support today also.

Scór is much more than a competition, it’s about friendships, culture and coming together to celebrate the wonderful Irish heritage.
