Honours: Club: U14 féile, 2 SA U16 championships, 2 Antrim Poc Fada titles, 2 Ulster Poc Fada titles, All Ireland Poc Fada Title, SA reserve championship & Jim Nelson shield winners. School: O'Mahoney cup, McGreevy cup and a Ulster colleges hurling All-Star for 2016. County: Ulster minor championship & a Leinster league title.

Childhood hero: DJ Carey

Best trainer within the squad: Shane Magill (Glenarm)

Pre Match meal: Early throw ins: Plenty of water the night before, porridge/weetabix, banana,cereal bars. Late throw ins: Plenty of water throughout the day, chicken/tuna pasta,cereal bars,Mars bar.

Any superstitions: Yeap, If I don't get a few sips of lucozade, handful of Jelly Babies and 1 or 2 Jaffa cakes before a game I won't play as well.
