The Saffron Business Forum would like to invite you to our next networking breakfast, taking place in The Malone Hotel (formally the Malone Lodge) on Friday, 11th March at 7.30am with guest speaker Gareth Graham.
Gareth Graham is the Managing Director of Oakland Holdings. Oakland Holdings has a variety of investment and property interests, including non-bank lender Belfast Commercial Funding.
Belfast Commercial Funding is the expansion of an alternative funding business that was developed by Oakland Holdings in recent years. The business is focused on introducing liquidity into the market across Northern Ireland, an area that Gareth feels there has been a lack of options/funders in recent years. Whilst based in Belfast, the business currently does and intends to continue to operate across the island of Ireland.
Oakland Holdings has various active developments including the Belfast’s first aparthotel in Queen Street, this is currently under construction and the 175-unit aparthotel is pre-let to the Lamington Group. Oakland Holdings is possibly best known as the company behind Belfast's most exciting commercial development, Merchant Square which is now occupied entirely by PwC. This is PwC's largest premises in these islands, outside London. Oakland sold the development last year to a Middle Eastern investor in Northern Ireland’s largest ever office deal.
Gareth's family runs the long established Sean Graham bookmakers.
