10 years club coaching from under 6 to minor level, and club development officer

What got you involved in the Development Squads?
I wanted to help try and improve the standard of coaching within the County
Benefits gained from coaching the squads?
It has given me a good coach education and a good bond with players and coaches from other clubs
Coaching Aspirations?
I would like to be part of a good coaching structure so we can become more competitive as a County
Favourite coaching moment of this year?
Running Wexford close at the National Blitz
What is your favourite coaching game / drill?
I don't have a favourite drill, but when you have spotted a problem/weakness being able to tailor a games based drill to address it.
