This will be delivered through the Zoom platform details are in the link below.
Wednesday Dec. 9th. at 8.00pm: Understanding Coach Burnout in Club Sport
The next Sport NI #WebinarWednesday event will be led by Derek O’Riordan (Finding True North) and will explore coach wellbeing, stress and burnout with a view to enhancing how clubs, those who coordinate or manage coaches, and coaches themselves can detect coach burnout/stress early, and understand how to mitigate, prevent and intervene in cases of coach burnout/stress. For many clubs and sports organisations, coaches are the most valuable resource - this session will present ideas that may help to care for this valuable resource.
