Lámh Dhearg bring the Crucible theatre to you as they present an evening with John Higgins
Snooker legend John Higgins will play a series of exhibition games in the clubrooms on Friday 8th September. Tickets are £10 and available from the clubrooms which promises to be an exciting evening of entertainment and sporting action as John Higgins will display his wide repertoire of snooker skills. Patrons will also have the opportunity to meet and chat with John and take photographs etc.
Excitement is building in Hannahstown as the club are delighted to have booked John which will be also an unique, innovative and beneficial fund raiser for the club development funds
John has a very impressive and successful CV in snooker. Since turning professional in 1992, he has won 28 ranking titles, including four World Championships and three UK Championships, as well as two Masters titles, making him one of the most successful players in the modern history of the sport. He has also compiled 8 competitive maximum breaks and unbelievably for 16 consecutive full seasons from 1996/1997 to 2011/2012, Higgins never fell below 6th in the world rankings, and was world number 1 on four occasions.
