Lamh Dhearg #DIL2019 raises 47k

Lamh Dhearg DIL Hannahstown 2019- £47,625

We are delighted to announce that through the efforts of everyone involved in this years Darkness into Light Hannahstown walk that we raised a fantastic £47,265.

This brings our total to over £110k in the last three years.

Members of the committee from Lámh Dhearg CLG and Hannahstown Community Centre were delighted to present the cheque this week to Pieta House, Preventing Suicide and Self Harm and Suicide Awareness and Support Group.

These much needed funds will help tackle mental health issues in West Belfast and throughout Ireland.

As we approach the start of Féile an Phobail 2019 the people of West Belfast and surrounding communities should be truly proud of themselves.

The need gets bigger but the message gets louder.
