Division 3 / 4 hurling league

The fixtures for the Division 3 / 4 Hurling League combined 2017 are now on the website. It is important for the clubs to note that when this league finishes the following criteria will be applied going forward to the 2018 year.

On completion of the league, and going into 2018, the top two teams on points will be promoted to Division 2 of the All County Hurling league. The next six teams will be a part of the Division 3 All County Hurling league and along with the two teams relegated from Division 2 they will be making up an eight team All County Hurling League Division 3 in 2018.

The remainder of the teams in the Div 3 / 4 combined will form up into Division 4 of the All County Hurling league going forward to 2018.

It is important to note that the league regulation 3.07 concerning one round leagues will be, if necessary, used to decide on team placements at the end of the year.

Clubs are also reminded that they need to give the CCC as much notice as possible but at least a couple of days where there are circumstances affecting scheduled fixtures, it is important to note that the referees and other schedules may also have to change.
