Sarsfields is a family and has a great community spirit. I enjoy being part of this and ensuring that all our children take part and enjoy our Irish heritage through sport in the safest possible environment.
What is their most memorable moment or successful achievement at the club?
Three stand out, my son as captain lifting the county championship trophy, my daughter as captain lifting the county league trophy but the most personal and memorable for me was; walking onto the bear pit wearing my Sarsfields jersey for the first time as a player, in the first ever ladies Gaelic football league match, playing alongside two of my daughters... priceless.
