Antrim 2.16 Carlow 1.17 MHL Result

After a heavy loss to Offaly last week, Antrim Minor Hurlers regrouped this week to defeat a spirited Carlow side in Carlow. After being two points down at half time having played against the breeze a strong second half performance with goals from Emmett Laverty and Diarmaid McShane saw Antrim run out two point victors on a scoreline of 2-16 to 1-17.
Antrim will now go forward to the Leinster Shield Semi-Final on the 26th March with the opponents to be confirmed next weekend
