What got you involved in Dev Squads? Wanted to try coaching at a higher level.
Benefits gained from coaching the squads? Working with County standard players pushes you to develop yourself so you can offer these guys something new and beneficial.
Coaching Aspirations? Just to try and offer all the kids I work with a good, fun and rewarding experience.
Favourite coaching moment? Working with our current U14 squad at Moneyglass who were written off as “No Hopers” but now have developed into a very good committed side.
What is your favourite coaching game / drill? Really like working backs against forwards and trying new systems.
